I’m an IT professional with over 20 years of experience in end-user computing. Originally from the USA and now based in the UK, I lead Cloud Endpoint Solutions at Phoenix Software, helping organizations boost security and productivity with Microsoft’s Cloud Endpoint technologies like Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Intune.
My work involves technical pre-sales engagements, developing solutions and services alongside technical consultants and managed service teams, and building relationships with vendors at all levels. I also drive thought leadership both internally and externally, supporting marketing efforts with content and events that show how these technologies help Phoenix customers achieve their goals.
