Hi, I'm Daniel

I'm an IT professional with over 20 years of experience in end-user computing. Originally from the USA and now based in the UK, I lead Cloud Endpoint Solutions at Phoenix Software, helping organisations boost security and productivity with technologies like Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune.

My work involves technical pre-sales engagements, developing solutions and services alongside technical consultants and managed service teams, and building relationships with vendors at all levels. I also support thought leadership through content and events that show how these technologies help customers achieve their goals.

More recently, I presented at Microsoft Ignite and appeared on Christiaan Brinkhoff's Windows in the Cloud series, where we discussed how Phoenix Software uses Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop to solve customer challenges.

As a Microsoft MVP, I love sharing insights, best practices and real-world experiences to help organisations get the most out of their cloud endpoint solutions.

I'm a big sports fan with a lifelong passion for Newcastle United . I also follow the Boston teams, especially the Red Sox and Bruins , so there's always something to cheer, or stress, about on both sides of the Atlantic.
